Nutritional Therapy Practitioner

My passion for supporting others grew out of my own health issues, struggles and hopelessness. Days where I could barely get out of bed and dark moments where I would do anything to heal. Severe fatigue, brain fog, memory loss, physical pain, anxiety and depression, neurological issues, nausea, hormonal imbalances, hair loss, bloating, weight fluctuations – I’ve experienced almost every symptom you could name. I saw countless practitioners and doctors who put me on protocols, with one step forward another step back, and not addressing the root cause.

When I got sick, both physically and mentally, I spent every second of my life consuming and learning about health in order to feel like myself, both internally and externally, because I knew there had to be another way. I’ve lived a life of searching for answers, completely dysregulated, searching and trying on protocols, diets and supplements, being consumed by my symptoms and treating my body so horribly through punishment and eating disorders as a way to control my life. Until I started to learn how to support my body on a foundational level with a full body, holistic approach, while pairing it with the support I received from various practitioners and my own research, education and experiences, did I start to heal.

I’m here to take the guess work out of it all for you so that you can stop feeling so overwhelmed and start to understand what your unique body needs to properly thrive. To fully support you in learning how to connect with your body at the deepest level so you can get to the root cause of your health issues and start to heal them. You owe it to yourself to feel your best and live the life you were made for. I’m here to guide you to achieve sustainable, long term health goals for optimal wellness.
