Easy Peasy Pasta Bake

Ingredients  

  • 12 oz gluten-free pasta – I used Jovial brown rice fusilli

  • 1 lb ground beef (cooked)

  • 15 oz Pasta Sauce

  • 2.5 cups bone broth

  • 2 tbsp garlic powder

  • 2 tbsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 1 cup shredded cheese or DF Cheese

Instructions   

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F and grease a 9×13″ casserole dish with olive oil.

  2. Add the pasta, COOKED ground beef, broth, tomato sauce, spices, salt and pepper to the casserole dish. Stir to combine, making sure that the pasta is mostly covered by the liquid.

  3. Cover the casserole dish and transfer to the oven. Allow to bake for 40 minutes.

  4. Remove the cover and top with cheese if desired and return to the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

  5. Serve with any extra fresh herbs of choice
