Gluten + GF Meatballs

Ingredients
1 pound 100% grass-fed and finished ground beef or turkey
1 large egg
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon slat
2 tbsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. coconut aminos
2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
½ cup almond flour + 2 tbsp. tapioca flour
1 (16-ounce) jar of your favorite marinara
Zucchini or squash zoodles
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F or airfryer to 420.
Whisk egg. In a large bowl, use your hands to combine all ingredients. The mixture should be smooth, but don’t over mix.
Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place on parchment paper on baking sheet.. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until internal temperature of 160. Will be slightly golden brown.
Warm sauce
Serve warm with desired about of sauce. Serve with Jovial pasta or zoodles.
