Gluten + GF Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound 100% grass-fed and finished ground beef or turkey

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 tbsp. garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano

  • 1 tablespoon slat

  • 2 tbsp. onion powder

  • 2 tbsp. coconut aminos

  • 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast

  • ½ cup almond flour + 2 tbsp. tapioca flour

  • 1 (16-ounce) jar of  your favorite marinara

  • Zucchini or squash zoodles

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F or airfryer to 420.

  2. Whisk egg. In a large bowl, use your hands to combine all ingredients. The mixture should be smooth, but don’t over mix.

  3. Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place on parchment paper on baking sheet.. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until internal temperature of 160. Will be slightly golden brown.

  4. Warm sauce

  5. Serve warm with desired about of sauce. Serve with Jovial pasta or zoodles.
