Protein nOatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1.5 scoop of protein Powder (I like Truvani for this!)

  • 2 tbsp of ground chia seeds (or ground chia/ flax blend)

  • 2 tbsp flax seed

  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk

  • 2 Cup of water or nut milk

  • 1 tsp cinnamon + 1 tsp salt

  • Toppings: Fruit, nut butter, bee pollen , yogurt

Instructions

  • Mix flax +  ground chia, salt, cinnamon and liquid in warm pan on medium heat

  • With a silicon spatula or wooden spoon, continuously stir all ingredients until pudding is thick (about 3 minutes). Add more liquid if needed and continue stirring.

  • Pour mixture into bowl. Add protein powder and psyllium husk and .5 cup of water and stir. Continue to add liquid depending on thickness.

  • Add toppings of choice -  I also like to mix in a few tbsp of coconut yogurt!
