Buffalo Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 2 heads cauliflower

  • 3 eggs

  • 3 cups almond flour

  • 2 tbsp onion powder + 2 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp salt + 1 tsp pepper

 

Instructions:

  • Wash and cut cauliflower

  • Whisk eggs and coat cauliflower with eggs

  • Mix almond flour and spices and toss with cauliflower

  • Add to baking sheet and cook for 420 for 25-30 mins

  • Once cooked, toss with buffalo sauce (I also like them plain! If doing plain, I add 2 tbsp paprika to mix)
