Salmon Bites

Ingredients

 1 lb salmon fillets (fresh salmon – I usually buy wild caught King)

3/4 cup coconut aminos 

4 tablespoons Dijon Mustard (Annie’s is my favorite!)

2 teaspoon each garlic powder, onion powder, ginger powder

Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the salmon into cubes (I keep the skin on – most nutrient dense part!) and place in mixing bowl.

  2. Whisk together the coconut aminos, mustard and seasonings and toss the salmon in the marinade and coat completely. Let sit for 10 minutes.

  3. Add the salmon to the baking sheet and cook in air fryer for 12 minutes at 445 degrees (flip halfway through cooking)

  4. Enjoy while warm with desired sides, dips or add to your grain bowl or salad.
