Hot Honey Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken or turkey

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 green onion, chopped (plus more to garnish)

  • 1 teaspoon salt, onion powder, and garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Hot Honey Sauce:

  • 1/3 cup sriracha or your favorite hot sauce (I like yellow bird!), use 1/4 cup for less spicy 

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the meatballs until fully combined. Form into small golf ball-sized meatballs and place on baking sheet, ensuring they don’t touch and stick to each other.

  2. Cook in airfryer or oven for 12-15 minutes on 420 until fully cooked with a slight golden brown.

  3. Make your sauce by whisking together all ingredients in a small bowl.

  4. Serve meatballs on top of your rice and roasted broccoli. Garnish with green onion and sauce to liking.
