Hot Honey Meatballs
Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken or turkey
1 egg
1/2 cup almond flour
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 green onion, chopped (plus more to garnish)
1 teaspoon salt, onion powder, and garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Hot Honey Sauce:
1/3 cup sriracha or your favorite hot sauce (I like yellow bird!), use 1/4 cup for less spicy
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the meatballs until fully combined. Form into small golf ball-sized meatballs and place on baking sheet, ensuring they don’t touch and stick to each other.
Cook in airfryer or oven for 12-15 minutes on 420 until fully cooked with a slight golden brown.
Make your sauce by whisking together all ingredients in a small bowl.
Serve meatballs on top of your rice and roasted broccoli. Garnish with green onion and sauce to liking.
